Using our TEAM BUILD process, Trident Construction worked closely with the architect and the club to develop plans and a budget for the complete renovation and expansion of this clubhouse, golf shop, and tennis facility. The project includes the complete removal of all exterior stucco, interior walls, ceilings, and flooring. The renovations include a new natural stucco exterior, formal and informal dining rooms, a full-service commercial kitchen, enhanced locker room facilities, and improvements to the golf shop and tennis center.

Trident Construction recently completed an exterior expansion to the club that included an outside dining area, renovations to the dining rooms and locker rooms, and upgrades to the kitchen. This major renovation greatly improved the variety of dining experiences available to the growing membership.

Selected through a competitive interview process, Trident Construction provided our proven TEAM BUILD services to lead the collaborative effort to plan, design and construct this 10,250 SF interior upfit for The Bank of South Carolina.

The interior upfit features a full service bank. The space includes a very attractive lobby, private offices, community board room, a vault and a full teller line with a drive-through. The upfit also includes a central mortgage processing office area. This area consists of multiple offices, a common work area and a large break room.

The new facility is the latest housing project on campus in over 30 years and will have three floors and 204 beds to accommodate the ever-growing student population. The residence hall will also include:

The nautical-themed exam rooms, playroom, lobby, and hygiene stations create excitement for children as they learn how to maintain good oral health. Appropriately scaled sinks, playful wall decor and a colorful environment help create a pleasant experience for those that visit frequently or every six months for routine cleanings.

Trident Construction was selected to provide TEAM BUILD construction services for a 6,000 SF medical office building in West Ashley. The Gramling medical office building is one of several medical facilities in the Tecklenburg Medical Park. Located near a major hospital, this development has a contemporary aesthetic. In order to work within the budget while maintaining a style consistent with the surrounding area, the medical office building is designed with simple massing consisting of two brick parapet walls that bookend fiber cement-clad facades and a monoslope roof.

Charleston ENT Associates – Savage Road

Phase I of this project included a new 9,200 SF medical office building with two ambulatory surgery suites, diagnostic rooms, audio booths, patient exam rooms, and second floor office space.

For Phase II, Trident Construction completed a 2,000 SF expansion to the existing facility. This expansion included a third ambulatory surgery suite and six additional pre-operative/post-operative rooms.

Trident is currently working on a 1,400 SF expansion (Phase III) including two additional ambulatory surgical suites and support space. The project is phased to allow continued use of the existing ambulatory surgical suites. When completed, the building will consist of eight pre-op rooms, eight recovery bays, and four ambulatory surgery suites.
