Trident Health System – Medical Arts Center Renovations

This project includes a complete exterior brick renovation and multiple tenant upfits for a 70,000 SF medical office building on the campus of Trident Regional Medical Center. Some upfits include an ambulatory surgical center, burn clinic, InvisiVein, Charleston Radiologists, Charleston Neurology, wellness center, and Palmetto Primary Care.
