Trident Construction collaborated with Charleston Southern University and McMillan Pazdan Smith on a new Residential Hall. The new facility is the latest housing project on campus in over 30 years and will have three floors and 204 beds to accommodate the ever-growing student population. The residence hall will also include:
» Furnished, suite-style rooms with shared bath and living area
» Private study areas
» Full kitchen
» Large multi-purpose activity room
» Outdoor courtyard/pavilion
