Trident Construction was selected to work with the design team to develop all drawings, budgets and final GMP; coordinate engineering elements; and provide general construction services.

This three story 60,000 SF medical office building includes an ambulatory surgical center with four operating rooms, two procedure rooms, pre-op and post-op recovery rooms. The multi-tenant building also includes other medical practices, a dental office, and ground floor retail. This project was delivered using Trident’s proven TEAM BUILD construction process.

Town of Mount Pleasant – Public Operations Facility

Mount Pleasant, SC

Through a competitive interview process, Trident Construction was selected to perform our collaborative TEAM BUILD construction manager at risk services for this multi-phase, three building complex for the Town of Mount Pleasant. The project includes new construction of a Transfer Building, a Fleet Maintenance Building and an Administration Building.

The project is currently in the planning and design stage. The project is to be completed in two phases. The first phase including the construction of the Transfer Building and the second phase including the construction of the Administration Building and the Fleet Maintenance Building.

Charleston Day School Science & Technology Center

Charleston, SC

Trident Construction was selected to work with the school and design team to coordinate a three-phase renovation and new construction program. The first phase includes the interior renovations of the lower school which took place over the summer break. Phase two includes the relocation of the historic Moore House.

Most recently, Trident Construction completed the third phase which included the construction of a new three-story science and technology addition. The 13,000 SF science and technology center features classrooms, a reception area, restrooms, a library, a teacher’s lounge, and a school supply store.

Charleston ENT Associates – Henry Tecklenburg

Employing our proven TEAM BUILD process, Trident Construction teamed with SMHa to deliver Charleston ENT’s new 26,600 SF corporate headquarters and medical office building. The project features four audiology rooms, 12 exam rooms, four pediatric exam rooms, an allergy testing clinic, pharmacy, a hearing aid retail center, and all of the corporate administrative functions for this successful practice. Embracing sustainable design, the facility recycled the on-site trees to create spectacular wood paneling and furniture for the building.

This project received the 2013 City of Charleston Award for Design Excellence in the category of “Buildings Outside of Historic Districts.”

MUSC Health at Carnes Crossroads
