This 24,000 SF medical office building is be located in Moncks Corner near Carnes Crossroads. The medical office building consists of three stories. The first floor is upfitted for a general family practice. The second floor is upfitted for a cardiologist.

Employing our TEAM BUILD approach, Trident Construction hired Coast Architects to work in a collaboration “open book” process to achieve our clients quality, budget and schedule objectives. Working with our design professional, Trident Construction offered Smart Choice cost savings including a floor and wall design that minimized foundation cost.

Woolfe Street Apartments / SKYGARDEN is a 10-story residential community in downtown Charleston that includes two levels of parking below eight levels of luxury apartments. The project contains 94 units (310 bedrooms) and provides a selection of studio, one, two, three, and four bedroom floor plan options, each with its own balcony. The 225,000 SF project also features a spacious lobby, conference room, coffee bar, lounge area, and outdoor plaza on the first level; swimming pool, amenity room, fitness center, and grilling area on the third floor; and a large rooftop gathering space.

The exterior facade utilizes a combination of brick veneer, glass, and metal panels, creating a seamless blend with the surrounding historical character.

Selected by our repeat client, Trident Construction provided our proven TEAM BUILD services to lead the collaborative effort to plan, design and construct this 20,000 SF corporate office building for Rogers & Brown. This corporate headquarters includes office space, conference rooms and a break room.
During our Smart Choice process, the team studied renovating part of their existing warehouse into office space or constructing a brand new building onsite. As a result of the cost and income study, Rogers & Brown was able to make an informed decision to construct a new office while retaining the warehouse space for ongoing operations.

Each building is designed to blend with the existing architectural character of the Carnes Crossroads community.

Leading the design/build effort on the largest capital improvement
project in nearly 200 years at St. Philip’s, this project includes the seismic
stabilization, renovation, and expansion of two historic buildings. Program
elements included new offices, choir practice room, meeting space,
function hall, classrooms, and a full service commercial kitchen. The
owner, design team, and Trident Construction worked closely to satisfy
the interests of the Parish, the historical societies, and the Charleston
Board of Architectural Review while maintaining the budget, schedule
and quality.

for the new Firefly Distillery which is part of “The Bend” development
in North Charleston. The main facility is approximately 28,000 SF and
will house a gift shop, working distillery, tasting room, special events
space, commercial kitchen, office space, and associated support and
storage spaces. In addition to the expanded Firefly Distillery, The Bend
development will include a restaurant, brewery, and music venue.
