This 10,000 SF facility features attractive interior finishes, a multi-purpose chapel, family rooms, lobby and product show room. Other features include a children’s play room, staff offices, break-room, crematory and other essential facilities.

In collaboration with Charleston County Parks & Recreation, Trident Construction constructed the Splash Island Waterpark located within the Mount Pleasant Palmetto Islands County Park. This seasonal family water attraction provides hours of fun and recreation from toddlers to adults and includes:
200-foot Body Flume
16-foot Otter Slide
Sprays, Geysers, and Raindrop Waterfalls
Cyclone Swirling Water Ride
Activity Pool
Showers/Changing Area
Concession Area

Recognized as one of the most historic warehouses in Charleston, this project includes the rehabilitation of the existing 230,000 SF building into a mixed use development including retail, restaurant, event, and office spaces. Preservation and rehabilitation efforts focus on restoring the look of the original building while adapting the interior to contemporary usage. At ground level, a retail promenade invites public interaction with this revitalized Charleston icon.

Trident Construction provided our TEAM BUILD services for the 9.2 acre Pacific Box mixed use development on upper King Street. The site contains an existing 80,000 SF warehouse that was renovated for multi-tenant uses that includes a high-tech software company, general office, and brewery with a charcuterie restaurant and tasting room. The development also includes a new 2-story, 13,000 SF core and shell office addition and two 17,000 SF free-standing buildings. The new buildings provide spaces for a yoga studio, café, restaurant, and general office tenants.
