Scientific Games – Warehouse Facility

Trident Construction was selected to provided our TEAM BUILD design/build services for the construction of a 10,000 SF warehouse facility for the supplier of the State Education Lottery scratch off cards and prepaid phone cards.

The project included site work, a pre-engineered steel frame, pre-cast concrete walls and an extensive security system.

Orangeburg Municipal Airport – Hangar and Apron

Orangeburg, SC 

This project includes the construction of a new 31,500 SF airport hangar, relocation for an existing airport hangar, construction of a new airport apron and repaving of the taxiways.

This design/build project was completed with twenty percent (20%) Minority Business participation and complied with all FAA guidelines and regulations.

Myrtle Beach Airport – Hangar Renovations

Myrtle Beach, SC 

Trident Construction was selected to work with Stantec to analyze, design, and make substantial repairs to an existing hangar that experienced severe structural damage during a storm. The project was completed on time with savings accruing back to the airport.

Charleston International Airport – Rental Car Maintenance Facility

North Charleston, SC 

As part of the Charleston Boeing project, the Airport Authority needed to relocate the existing rental car servicing area. The Authority selected Trident Construction to work with ADC Engineering to complete this fast-track design/build project.

Within 120 days, Trident Construction and ADC successfully designed, permitted, cleared over 25 acres, constructed ten new buildings and paved the parking area. New construction included five offices, five vehicle maintenance/carwash centers and five refueling vehicle preparation centers.

Charleston Air Force Base – Lightning Vault Building

Charleston, SC 

Teamed with Atlantic Electric, Trident Construction managed the construction of the 3,600 SF lighting vault building, installation of the lighting controls, construction of remote terminal vaults, and the environmental remediation and demolition of the existing lighting vault.

Robert Bosch Manufacturing

North Charleston, SC 

Employing our TEAM BUILD process, Trident Construction completed the design and construction of this assembly building for fuel injectors. The building includes pre-engineered steel, metal wall panels and a masonry base.

In addition to new construction projects, Trident Construction has completed numerous operations, maintenance and expansion projects for Robert Bosch. These projects include manufacturing clean rooms, testing labs, office expansions and locker room renovations.

The Boeing Company – Truck Inspection Facilities

North Charleston, SC and Ladson, SC

Using our proven TEAM BUILD services, Trident Construction successfully delivered two truck inspection facilities for the Boeing – North Charleston campus. Each facility is designed using a pre-engineered structured and includes covered security checkpoint areas, offices and support spaces.

The Boeing Company – Land Development and Truck Inspection Facility

North Charleston, SC 

This fast-track TEAM BUILD project included the construction of a new Truck Inspection Facility, associated utilities, new turning lane and various road improvements on the Boeing – North Charleston campus. The new Truck Inspection Facility serves as a single point of entry for all vehicles delivering parts and supplies for the 787 Dreamliner program.

Trident Construction was able to successfully deliver this world class project on time and under budget, exceeding customer expectations.
