After a successful teaming approach on the Carolina Park project, Trident Construction was retained by Pillar Properties to construct its new project in Columbia. Located just one mile from the State House and downtown, this inter-generational community is in the heart of Bull Street, a vibrant neighborhood filled with retail, restaurants and an award winning baseball stadium. The community will offer 196 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments complete with full kitchens, expansive common areas, a rooftop deck and sports bar and pub.

Chabad of Charleston

Located at the foot of the Ravenel Bridge, The Chabad of Charleston’s development of The Charleston Center for Jewish Life (CCJL) that promises to be a very special part of the Jewish Community in the Charleston area. Welcoming and comfortable, it was designed to foster thought-provoking interaction within the community, playing host to gatherings of individuals and families. In addition to the sanctuary, classrooms, and programming, the CCJL includes spaces for hosting yoga, meditation, and healthy living workshops to promote good health. The project will also boasts a state-of-the-art kosher kitchen, social hall, and coffee bar.

RCB Development – The Lumberyard

Charleston, SC

Selected by our repeat client, Trident Construction provided our proven TEAM BUILD services to lead the collaborative effort to plan, design and construct the renovation of a 1950’s lumber warehouse into a 40,000 SF multi-tenant office building.

The design included reusing existing masonry, steel elements and adding the exterior wood accents to hearken back to the building’s history. The renovated building core and structural improvements allows tenants the freedom to customize their spaces.
