Through a competitive interview process, Trident Construction was selected to provide our proven TEAM BUILD services. In collaboration with the design professionals the team planned and converted the existing 12,000 SF facility into a diagnostics center and emergency room.

The project includes 12 exam rooms, one trauma unit, laboratory space, a CT Scan, and an X-Ray room. The project also includes a lobby area, check-in/check-out area, nurses station, and locker rooms.

Selected by our repeat client, Trident Construction provided our proven TEAM BUILD services to lead the collaborative effort to plan, design and construct this 118,000 SF industrial building. The first phase of the project included completing the shell. The second phase of the project included leading the design team and consultants to complete a highly complex automated order fulfillment prescription center for the United States Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

St. John the Beloved

In order to accommodate the Church’s fast growing congregation, this project includes an expansion of the existing sanctuary, a new baptismal, interior renovations, new gathering space, office renovations, and new bell tower. Trident also assisted in constructing a new exterior plaza, outside gathering areas, and aromatic landscaping.

Merrill Gardens at Carolina Park

Employing our proven TEAM BUILD process, Trident Construction was selected to work with Pillar Properties and Urbal Architecture to deliver this senior housing facility in Mount Pleasant. This project includes 130 residential units, common space amenities, and a full commercial kitchen. It was designed using a combination of load bearing wood framing and cast in place concrete components.

This 30,000 SF commercial office building is part of the redevelopment of the Coleman Boulevard corridor. The three story building features an Ameris Bank branch and Kickin’ Chicken on the ground floor, and office space on the second and third floors. This is just one of many projects launched by Gramling Brothers Real Estate & Development in Mt. Pleasant.

Trident Construction provided our TEAM BUILD design/build services for
the Worldwide Equipment’s Kenworth Dealership and Service Center. The
facility includes 14 full-service bays, two wash bays and an open bay for
truck service and maintenance, offices, second-story heated storage for
parts and materials and a display yard for trucks and trailers. The facility
also supports the Worldwide Equipment leasing division.

St. Benedict Catholic Church

To meet the fast growing population in Mount Pleasant, this project includes a new multipurpose sanctuary with seating for 500 people, offices, classrooms, gathering space, and a full service kitchen.

Using Trident Construction’s TEAM BUILD process, the Owner was able to control the cost of the Sanctuary, which allowed the release the Phase Two design and construction of classroom buildings during the initial construction project.

This 64,000 SF three-story ocean front facility includes formal and casual dining rooms, a banquet hall, outdoor dining, two full commercial kitchens, private meeting and dining spaces, offices, a golf pro-shop, retail space, member and visitor locker rooms with bathroom facilities, and a lower level golf cart storage and maintenance area. The Island House incorporates high efficiency, low maintenance materials and high energy, impact resistant windows to maximize the building life cycle and minimize operating costs.

This Charleston GI office location is within the Windmill Station at Carnes Crossroads. Trident Construction provided our TEAM BUILD services for the buildings core, shell and Charleston GI upfit. The upfit features exam rooms, office space, conference rooms, large waiting areas and a convenient washing station for nurses. The Reclaimed wood used throughout the project gave the new space an elegant modern look.
