Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union – Dorchester Road, Folly Road, and Rivers Avenue Bank Branches

This bank branch prototype was developed using Trident Construction’s TEAM BUILD process, and is now the standard design for Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union. This bank branch features custom precast wall panels and metal roofing. High-end interior finishes are seen throughout, including custom millwork and solid surface countertops. Trident Construction has completed multiple bank branches for Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union locations including the Dorchester Road, James Island and the Rivers Avenue Branches.

Gaillard Center – Expansion and Renovation

Trident Construction, in a joint venture with Skanska USA, was selected by the City of Charleston as the Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation of the Gaillard Center. The project features a completely new exterior, a spectacular performing arts center, a grand exhibition hall with a full service kitchen, and an 80,000 SF new office building, which houses the City’s Municipal Emergency Operations Center.

During the preconstruction phase, the Skanska-Trident team worked closely with the City staff and design professionals to deliver this world class award winning landmark facility.

Rivers Enterprises West Ashley Circle Shopping Center

Rivers Enterprises selected Trident Construction to provide construction management services for the completion of its retail center at the West Ashley Circle. This is a significant element of a large planned urban development.

The 16-acre project includes a master storm water management system, storm water retention ponds, two pocket parks, running trail, parking for 361 vehicles, five retail buildings and a 53,000 SF building pad for a Harris Teeter grocery store.
