In collaboration with Charleston County Parks & Recreation, Trident Construction constructed the Splash Island Waterpark located within the Mount Pleasant Palmetto Islands County Park. This seasonal family water attraction provides hours of fun and recreation from toddlers to adults and includes:

Sprays, Geysers, and Raindrop Waterfalls
Cyclone Swirling Water Ride

This 72,000 SF design/build manufacturing and warehouse facility is headquarters for an international cosmetic manufacturing business. This project includes USDA approved formulation labs, research labs, testing labs, product filling rooms, product storage, shipping, employee locker rooms, break room, and corporate offices. Trident Construction provided site work and construction services that included a pre-engineered building with pre-cast concrete wall panels.

MUSC Health East Cooper is an 84,000 SF LEED® Certified medical office building located on a four-acre campus in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The facility houses 15 different patient services including women’s health, neurology, neurosurgery, nuclear medicine, radiology, internal medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, infusion, dermatology suites, a sleep center, and other services. The open, centralized check-in includes large family waiting areas, a café, and an elevated plaza.

Trident Construction provided MUSC and the design professionals our proven TEAM BUILD and Design/Build services. Through our Smart Choice process and exceptional performance, Trident Construction provided over $1.6 million to MUSC.
