The Center for Advanced Surgery is a 16,200 SF eye and orthopedic surgery center which includes two full operating rooms, two procedure rooms, 12 pre & post operation beds as well as five overnight rooms for patients undergoing procedures which do not permit immediate discharge.  The building is structural steel frame with brick veneer wainscot and stucco exterior finishes.

This project is a three-story commercial and medical office building constructed with a conventional steel frame, brick, and stucco. The first floor accommodates a gastrointestinal surgery practice, Novus Architects accompanies the second floor, and leasable space is located on the third floor. This project was delivered using our proven TEAM BUILD construction process.

This cost effective design includes an ambulatory surgery center with two operating rooms, pre-operative rooms, post-operative rooms, family waiting area, nurse stations, offices, locker rooms, and a staff break area.

To effectively deliver modern medicine in a rural community, Trident worked closely with the design team to control cost. This state-of-the-art hospital includes two operating rooms, pre-operative and post-operative recovery areas, radiology, an emergency department, 32 patient rooms, waiting areas, full service cafeteria, and offices.

Using Trident’s TEAM BUILD process, approximately $900,000 in value engineering options were provided as savings to the client.

Trident Health System – Centre Pointe Emergency

North Charleston, SC

Located adjacent to the Boeing 787 Dream Liner campus, this 12,300 SF, 24 hour full-service emergency care facility features a trauma room, six exam rooms, an isolation room, CT, radiology, neurology, cardiology and other critical care services. The facility also serves as a regional EMS/Ambulance sub-station.

For this project, Trident Construction provided our proven TEAM BUILD services. Employing this collaborative delivery system, Trident Construction provided the owner and tenant with numerous building options and up-fit choices to achieve the required budget and schedule.

The West Ashley Cancer Center is a three story, 76,000 SF medical office facility and that serves as the front entrance to the Roper St. Francis Hospital campus in Charleston, South Carolina.  The facility includes state-of-the-art cancer treatment and clinical space featuring a PET/CT simulation, linear accelerator, and cancer infusion suites.  In addition to the clinical facilities, the West Ashley Cancer Center is the home to Charleston Hematology and Oncology Associates and includes 20,000 SF of speculative medical office space.

This 40,000 SF Medical Office Building addition to the existing hospital is located on the Summerville Medical Center (SMC) campus. The two-story facility houses a number of specialty practices including Coastal Carolina Bariatric Center and Carolina Women’s Care.

Employing our TEAM BUILD approach, Trident Construction introduced concrete tilt walls and an alternate foundation plan to the owner and design team. The incorporation of these SMART CHOICE value management options provided $470,000 in savings and accelerated the total project schedule by two months.
