This TEAM BUILD project involved the complete renovation and stabilization of the historic church sanctuary and annex; the addition of a new stair and other handicap accessibility upgrades; updated HVAC and electrical systems; an enlarged choir room; and a showcase area for historical church items.

Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim – Family Life Center

Teaming with the congregation and design team to renovate and expand the second oldest synagogue in the United States, this project includes historic renovations to existing offices and classroom building, as well as the construction of a new family life center. Program elements for the new family life center include offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, a function hall, retail shop, and a full service commercial kitchen

Old Fort Baptist Church

Old Fort Baptist Church

Summerville, SC

This project includes the construction of a new sanctuary with seating for 1,200 people that features a state-of-the-art projection and sound system, full immersion baptismal, choir lofts, choir room, pre-function area, nursery, classrooms, offices, and meeting space.

Prior to beginning construction, Trident Construction was asked by the Church to use our TEAM BUILD process to more accurately develop a scope of work to meet the Church’s budget. This was achieved to the great satisfaction of the client.

St. Christopher – Camp & Conference Center

St. Christopher – Camp & Conference Center

Seabrook Island, SC

Trident Construction was selected by St. Christopher Camp and Conference Center to manage the fast-track renovation and improvement of five properties. These projects took place over a four month period in an effort to meet the opening of camp and a planned conference.

Projects included renovations to the existing Bishop’s Cottage, new construction of Kingfisher Cabin, extensive renovation of the existing Palmetto and Sea Oats Lodges, as well as foundation repairs to the Recreation Hall.

St. James Episcopal Church – Family Life Center

As an addition to the historic Colonial church, the new family life center includes a large gathering space for meetings and services. Other project features include a state-of-the-art audio/visual system, offices, classrooms, full service commercial kitchen, and covered loggia to join the Parish Hall to the historic colonial church.

St. Peter’s Church

St, Peter’s Church

Mount Pleasant, SC

Trident Construction was selected to build the new 12,000 SF multipurpose sanctuary and community center that includes classrooms, offices, a full commercial kitchen, and a dining area. The single story church was constructed using cement siding and brick masonry. Longterm plans for St. Peter’s Church include building a dedicated sanctuary and transitioning the current multipurpose building into a new family life center.

Using our TEAM BUILD process, Trident Construction was selected to work with the church and design team to evaluate, design, and construct a new family life center. Program elements for the project include a commercial kitchen, conference space, ministries space, classrooms, and offices. As designed, the additions and renovations quietly blend into the fabric of the 200 year old Parish on Edisto Island.

James Hardie – Manufacturing & Distribution Facility

This design/build project required the preparation of a 40 acre site and construction of a 180,000 SF manufacturing and distribution facility. As a fast-track project, this manufacturing process for cementitious board includes rail side delivery of raw products, elevated mixing hoppers, autoclave dryers, cutters, bundlers, and automated warehouse storage equipment.
