Trident Construction was selected through a competitive qualification based process to work with Dorchester School District Two to renovate an old Food Lion grocery store into an adult and community educational facility. The renovated Center and its programs helps achieve the School District’s mission of providing “an educational system which best helps develop literate, self-directed lifelong learners who will be significant contributors to society.”

Selected by through an interview process, Trident Construction provided our proven TEAM BUILD services in collaboration with the design professionals to plan and construct this 9,000 SF luxury spa.
This beautiful spa includes a grand entrance with high-end interior finishes and nail salon with a full stone wall. Multiple spa rooms include private tubs, sinks and armoires. A staircase featuring large chandeliers leads to a separate VIP area located on the second floor with a private lounge and spa rooms. The common area includes private wood-finished lockers, private tiled stone showers and a lounge. The back of house includes a laundry, break rooms and private offices with fireplaces.

St Andrews Public Service District – Environmental Service and Fleet Maintenance

Charleston, SC

Trident Construction was selected through a competitive interview process to lead the collaborative effort to plan, design and construct this 17,000 SF environmental services and fleet maintenance facility. This project includes a main building to service their fleet of trash trucks and fire trucks with assembly space, locker rooms, staff offices and welding bays. The complex also includes fueling stations and an overnight covered parking area for the trash fleet.

This project is currently under construction. Working closely with the design/build team, St. Andrew’s Public Services District and SMHa, the project is within budget and on schedule.

Trident produced TEAM build services for 7410 Northside Drive, which is a multi-tenant office building that RCB Development desired to completely update. Trident Construction completed the exterior landscape by adding new outdoor tile, stairs, handrails, planting beds, irrigation, trees, site lighting, and a new parking lot surface. The new entry way was also completed by adding nichiha panels and aluminum screen features. On the inside, Trident Construction renovated the common areas with new glass handrails and new interior lighting.

Selected by our repeat client through a competitive interview process, Trident Construction provided our TEAM BUILD services to lead the collaborative effort to plan, design and repair the Isle of Palms Public Safety Building.

After a full investigation of the building, Trident Construction provided a detailed analysis with more than 90 essential, high, medium and low building repairs that needed to be made. By providing “Smart Choice” options, our process provided the client with the greatest control over cost, building performance and material selection with the end goal to make the building healthy for the Public Safety Officials.
