Selected by our repeat client, Miles Barkley, Trident Construction provided our proven TEAM BUILD services to lead the collaborative effort to plan, design and construct this 80,000 SF industrial speculative building at Palmetto Commerce Park.

Our proven Industrial Services Group explored several building shell construction options. Based on best long-term value the team recommended concrete tiltwall. The Trident Construction team managed all design, engineering and construction for this successful project.

Low Country Case & Millwork Offices & Manufacturing Facility

North Charleston, SC

Low Country Case and Millwork is located within the Carolina Commerce Park in North Charleston. Our repeat client engaged Trident Construction to employ our TEAM BUILD services which included design and construction of a new 52,000 SF industrial manufacturing facility, warehouse and corporate office.

Through SMART CHOICE options, our client selected tilt wall construction as a cost effective solution to convention industrial wall systems. This choice saved both construction time and money. Additionally, through programming, the client selected a 20-foot clear height which provides long term savings on operation cost for heating and cooling the building. Savings identified during the SMART CHOICE process allowed our client to invest in a state-of-the-art waste wood recovery system.

The first phase of the project included completing the shell. The second phase of the project included leading the design team and consultants to complete a highly complex automated order fulfillment prescription center for the United States Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

Trident Construction provided our TEAM BUILD design/build services for
the Worldwide Equipment’s Kenworth Dealership and Service Center. The
facility includes 14 full-service bays, two wash bays and an open bay for
truck service and maintenance, offices, second-story heated storage for
parts and materials and a display yard for trucks and trailers. The facility
also supports the Worldwide Equipment leasing division.

Selected by our repeat client, Trident Construction provided our proven TEAM BUILD services to lead the collaborative effort to plan, design and construct this 20,000 SF corporate office building for Rogers & Brown. This corporate headquarters includes office space, conference rooms and a break room.
During our Smart Choice process, the team studied renovating part of their existing warehouse into office space or constructing a brand new building onsite. As a result of the cost and income study, Rogers & Brown was able to make an informed decision to construct a new office while retaining the warehouse space for ongoing operations.
