Using our proven TEAM BUILD process, Trident Construction collaborated with MUSC and Poole and Poole Architecture on the primary care and women’s health care facility in Summerville. The single story medical office building contains 18 exam rooms and offers an array of services including internal and family medicine; X-ray, ultrasound and conventional radiology; as well as family planning, pregnancy care and comprehensive gynecologic care.

Summerville Medical Center – Brighton Park Emergency

Through a competitive bid and interview process, Trident Construction was selected to build this new 11,000 SF free standing emergency room for the Brighton Park neighborhood in Summerville. Our team worked collaboratively with HCA, Sevalus (construction manager), Summerville Medical Center and Hereford Dooley to complete this successful project.

 

The free standing emergency room includes critical care services with nine exam rooms, a trauma room, CT, radiology, full lab and an ambulance bay. This emergency facility is equipped to provide 24-hour medical care.

Selected by Roper St. Francis to complete the 80,000 SF of upfits in the two new medical office buildings connected to the hospital, Trident led the programming design and construction effort with over thirty-four doctor’s groups. The upfits include medical office space, laboratory space, patient waiting areas, examination rooms, out-patient surgery centers, a laser surgery center, and a dialysis clinic.
