We are excited to update you on the latest progress at The Waterfront on Daniel Island Phase II. Trident Construction is making strides as we continue to shape this waterfront community.
Our current focus is on metal framing and sheathing; both are well underway. We can’t wait to share more updates as the project evolves.
Phase II of The Waterfront on Daniel Island is an key part of this upscale mixed-use development. As we build on the success of Phase I, East West Partner‘s vision for this community continues to come to life. The entire project aims to offer a destination that exceeds resident’s expectations.
With Phase II, we are expanding the living options with high-end condos and townhouses. These residences offer one to three bedrooms. The available units provide views of the riverfront, park, and Charleston-inspired garden. East West Partners has also planned improvements to the Waterfront Park trail, more seating opportunities, improved lighting, and a future second pier.
