Selected by our repeat client, Trident Construction provided our proven TEAM BUILD services to lead the design-assist/construction of this 30,000 SF luxury amenity complex. The Beach Club is comprised of a multi-purpose fitness center, changing rooms, a cottage building and a bar and grille with a elevated pool deck and infinity pool over looking the Atlantic Ocean. The cottage building includes two separate units for The Cape condo owners to reserve for their guests.
