Superintendent
At Trident Construction, our Superintendents are the on-site leaders who make sure every detail of a project comes together. They oversee daily operations, guide teams with technical expertise, and keep work moving safely, on time, and on budget. Acting as the connection between our team, subcontractors, and clients, they ensure strong communication and a smooth process from conception to completion — all while upholding the highest standards of quality.
Senior Superintendent
Our Senior Superintendents are proven leaders in the field, bringing experience, foresight, and precision to every project. They guide the daily work on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. As the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, they keep communication clear and collaboration strong. Beyond managing construction activities and schedules, they mentor our teams, sharing knowledge and setting the example for the next generation.
Foreman
Foremen are an essential part of our site operations and the success of every project. With a keen eye for detail, they uphold quality standards and address challenges as they arise. This role offers valuable hands-on experience and skill development that are essential for building a long-term career within our industry, while also providing a strong pathway to higher leadership positions within Trident Construction.
