This corporate headquarters includes office space, conference rooms and a break room.
During our Smart Choice process, the team studied renovating part of their existing warehouse into office space or constructing a brand new building onsite. As a result of the cost and income study, Rogers & Brown was able to make an informed decision to construct a new office while retaining the warehouse space for ongoing operations.
