Trident Construction provided our TEAM BUILD services for the 9.2 acre Pacific Box & Crate mixed use development on upper King Street. The project includes the renovation of an existing 80,000 SF warehouse, a 13,000 SF addition to the existing warehouse and the construction of two 17,000 SF free standing office buildings. The warehouse renovation includes office space for two software development companies, an entrepreneurial center, software development incubator space and a brewery with a charcuterie restaurant and tasting room. Additional tenant upfits include four restaurants with a common seating area, a yoga studio, an architectural studio and office space for a product development company.
