Our repeat client engaged Trident Construction to employ our TEAM BUILD services which included design and construction of a new 52,000 SF industrial manufacturing facility, warehouse and corporate office.
Through SMART CHOICE options, our client selected tilt wall construction as a cost effective solution to convention industrial wall systems. This choice saved both construction time and money. Additionally, through programming, the client selected a 20-foot clear height which provides long term savings on operation cost for heating and cooling the building. Savings identified during the SMART CHOICE process allowed our client to invest in a state-of-the-art waste wood recovery system.
