To effectively deliver modern medicine in a rural community, Trident worked closely with the design team to control cost. This state-of-the-art hospital includes two operating rooms, pre-operative and post-operative recovery areas, radiology, an emergency department, 32 patient rooms, waiting areas, full service cafeteria, and offices.
Using Trident’s TEAM BUILD process, approximately $900,000 in value engineering options were provided as savings to the client.
