Selected through competitive pricing, Trident Construction led a collaborative effort to plan, design/assist, and construct this 320,000 SF tiltwall speculative industrial warehouse for Dalfen Industrial. The warehouse includes a tenant office upfit and 57 loading docks. The facility is designed for future expansion.
