Trident Construction was selected to perform our TEAM BUILD services with Burr & Foreman to upfit their office space at Morrison Yard in Charleston. The project included 15 attorney offices, 10 paralegal offices, open workstations, a wellness room, break room with residential-style finishes, reception area, and five conference rooms, including a boardroom positioned prominently along the building’s glazed facade offering panoramic views of the Ravenel Bridge and Charleston Harbor.
Modular layouts, operable partitions, and multiuse furnishings will allow the office to adapt over time.
