This 30,000 SF commercial office building is part of the redevelopment of the Coleman Boulevard corridor. The three story building features an Ameris Bank branch and Kickin’ Chicken on the ground floor, and office space on the second and third floors. This is the first of many projects launched by Gramling Brothers Real Estate & Development in Mt. Pleasant.
