The first floor consists of 15,750 SF of retail space and the upper seven floors will encompass 138,500 SF of class A office space with unparalleled views of the city and the Ashley River.
WestEdge is a 50-acre urban infill project jointly led by the City of Charleston and the Medical University of South Carolina through the Horizon Project Foundation, Inc. The development plan calls for nearly three million square feet of residential, research, office, parking garages and retail space along the Ashley River site.
