Using our proven TEAM BUILD process, Trident Construction Services, an affiliated company, was selected to construct this new five-story condominium complex in downtown Charleston, designed by Cooper Cary. The 80-unit building encompasses 85,000 square feet of one- and two-bedroom residences, along with a club room, rooftop amenity space with a swimming pool, and landscaped gardens offering expansive views of the Charleston Harbor.
