Completed Project: Barkley Palmetto Spec Building
Partnering with Barkley Palmetto Parkway, LLC, our industrial team worked with the Lee & Associates project team and recently completed the tilt wall construction of the 80,350 SF industrial speculative building at Barkley Palmetto Commerce Park. Following the completion of the spec building, the team upfitted the space to house Nashville based Accelerated, Inc. We are grateful for our partnerships with both clients and the opportunity to help them expand operations in North Charleston.
