Selected by our repeat client, Trident Construction provided our proven TEAM BUILD services to lead the collaborative effort to plan, design, and construction this $9M, 80,000 SF steel manufacturing facility to expand Steelfab’s capacity on its existing campus in Florence County.
Working collaboratively with Studio 2LR and Moore Lindner Engineering, our team used our proven TEAM BUILD method to allow Steelfab the greatest control over cost, building performance, and material selection. SteelFab, Inc.’s expansion will increase its overall capacity for cutting, drilling and fabrication of structural steel. Additionally, the expansion will create a third production line and relocate the two existing lines to a new area on the existing property.
