Progress on Eastport Lot 19 Industrial Warehouse
We are thrilled to showcase our progress on Eastport Lot 19 Industrial Warehouse. This project spans 320,000 SF and represents a milestone for Trident Construction and our partners.
Dalfen Industrial commissioned this tiltwall speculative industrial warehouse, intending for the facility to accommodate future expansion. From the beginning, we have used our TEAM BUILD process. We are leading the joint effort to plan, design, and construct the Eastport Lot 19 Industrial Warehouse.
Throughout the process, our team has faced challenging site conditions at Eastport Lot 19. We have met these obstacles head-on by working closely with our engineers. Together, we have created solutions to address the site’s unique challenges and result in cost and schedule savings for the owner.
Our team is currently laying out the tilt-up panels for the project. As we progress further, we focus on delivering a facility that exceeds our client’s expectations.
