Charleston Place Renovations

Charleston, SC

This project includes the complete renovation of the exterior wall systems, roof, mechanical systems, and interior rooms of the hotel. As part of the exterior renovation, over one million bricks were replaced. The original design and construction created a severe moisture issue that our team helped to correct.

Throughout the construction process, Trident Construction successfully kept the hotel fully operational and safe for the hotel’s guests and employees.
