Reagin Orthodontics

Summerville, SC

With a focus on nature, Trident was selected to provide our TEAM BUILD services to design and construct this 4,000 SF orthodontics office. The octagonal designed building includes exposed beams and high windows that overlook a wooded park. Other building features include an open patient procedure area, a waiting area complete with a coffee bar, and a game room for patients.

This 7,000 SF design/build project accommodates three medical practices: Summerville Surgical Associates, P.A., Palmetto Digestive Disease, P.A. and Summerville Dermatology. The medical center includes waiting areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, record rooms, offices, nurse’s stations and a break room. The building features structural metal stud with wood roof trusses, brick veneer and fiber cement siding.

The building features a pre-engineered structural steel system, standing seam metal roof, block base and masonry veneer.

Trident Construction was retained by PsychSolutions, Inc. to work with GMK Architects to convert and upgrade an observation unit into a residential care unit. The scope of work included updated interior finishes, mechanical system upgrades, and new bathroom facilities to meet all SC Department of Environment Control regulations.

Kids Teeth – Park West

Using our proven TEAM BUILD services, Trident Construction worked with Kids Teeth and Coast Architects to design and build this Park West space for the growing dental practice. The nautical-themed exam rooms, playroom, lobby, and hygiene stations create excitement for children as they learn how to maintain good oral health. Appropriately scaled sinks, playful wall decor and a colorful environment help create a pleasant experience for those that visit frequently or every six months for routine cleanings.

Gramling Brothers (Bluestein)

Charleston, SC

Trident Construction was selected to provide TEAM BUILD construction services for a 6,000 SF medical office building in West Ashley. The Gramling medical office building is one of several medical facilities in the Tecklenburg Medical Park. Located near a major hospital, this development has a contemporary aesthetic. In order to work within the budget while maintaining a style consistent with the surrounding area, the medical office building is designed with simple massing consisting of two brick parapet walls that bookend fiber cement-clad facades and a monoslope roof.
