Topping Out of the Eastport Industrial Warehouse
Yesterday, Trident Contraction celebrated the topping out of the Eastport Industrial Warehouse project with a cookout celebration. This milestone marks a significant step towards the completion of a titltwall speculative industrial warehouse commissioned by Dalfen Industrial. The facility has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate future expansions.
From the outset, we have employed our TEAM BUILD process, bringing together expertise to plan, design, and construction the Eastport Lot 19 Industrial Warehouse. The project team tackled challenging site conditions at Eastport Lot 19, finding solutions that led to substantial cost and schedule savings for the owner.
